Dynasty is one of the leading foreign-owned property developers in the People’s Republic of China ( PRC ). Dynasty is engaged in residential property development in PRC since 1995, with a primary focus on mid-end quality residential properties. Dynasty considers itself the leading developer in Xiamen and Taiyuan, with growing presence in the Fuzhou, Xian, Shanghai, Daqing, and Chongqing regions.
Dynasty has completed 17housing projects in the last 14 years, representing 910,743 sqm gross floor area (GFA). Currently, Dynasty has 12 projects under development in 6 cities for a total of 938,943 sqm and a land reserve for future development of 6,867,484 sqm.
The Growth Story
Dynasty is planning to invest approximately RMB1200 million for further growth.
Approximately RMB 400 million will be used to secure and commence development of key mega projects, primarily Xian Xijiang Garden, Xiamen Dubai Future City (aka Xiamen Zhanghua 101) and Fuzhou Dragon (aka Fuzhou Century City).
Approximately RMB 200 million will be used to secure and commence new development of residential properties in the cities where we currently have operations, and to increase our property development capacity. The Company will use the funds to develop “flagship” residential properties in Xian, Daqing, Chongqing and Longyan.
Approximately RMB 200 million will be used to secure and commence new projects in second- and third-tier cities with high economic growth. We plan to expand into Qingdao, Jilin, Harbin, Nanchang, Guilin, Chengdu, Zhangzhou and Haikou, in the next three years
Approximately RMB 400 million will be used to secure and commence the development of an income property portfolio. The Company will use the funds to kick-start commercial and integrated property projects in Chomgqing, Taiyuan Olympic garden Phase IV mix-used development, Xiamen Tongan Dynasty Centre, and Xiamen Zhuba Resort Community development. |
