Large-scale signature projects
 
Starting with relatively small projects with Fujian Province as a home base, Dynasty has developed an ability to penetrate other regional markets through breakthrough projects that build relationship with local governments.
 
Dynasty intends to concentrate on "flagship" projects, which are located in key high- growth cities with a GFA of 500,000 sqm or above. Dynasty believes that these market-leading projects will provide a competitive advantage by differentiating  products and services from those of competitors.
 
In addition, Dynasty believes expanding into a diversified property portfolio will lower the risk of over-reliance on purely residential developments and provide greater revenue stability.
 
Dynasty has started its second "flagship"  project, the Dubai Future City (aka Xiamen Zhanghua 101) by teaming up with a Dubai-based projects development consortium, Storm Associates, to develop this 2.35 million sq.m GFA multi-purpose project. Dynasty is planning to develop its third  "flagship" project, the mega Fuzhou Dragon (aka Fuzhou Century City with a site area of 5,113,889 (by acquisition of 50% shareholding of the project) sqm. It features residential districts, a theme park leisure district, a mountain park and a river front recreational district .Dynasty believes this project will change Fuzhou's image, and bring in a new life-style experience to Fuzhou's 3.5 million residents.
 
 Further strengthen brand building and expertise to expand in current markets
 
Dynasty intends to continue to strengthen its established "Dynasty" brand name recognition in Xian, Daqing, Chongqing, and Longyan. We plan to execute this strategy primarily by providing high-quality properties located in a comfortable and healthy living environment, as well as through various advertising and marketing activities. Dynasty believes customer satisfaction and word-of-mouth referrals have been and continue to be an effective channel for building and enhancing our reputation. Large-scale residential communities in the above locations are expected to cover 1,000,000 sq.m  in the next three years.
 
Continue to focus on second- and third-tier cities with fast economic growth
 
Dynasty intends to actively look for suitable opportunities in second- and third-tier cities with high economic growth. It plans to expand into Qingdao, Jilin, Harbin, Nanchang, Guilin, Chengdu, Zhangzhou and Haikou in the next three years. It believes this strategy is not only in line with China's urbanization trend , but is also cost efficient through low land costs and home prices as the second and third-tier cities are still in an early phase of development.
 
 
Continue to improve quality of managers and staff, and actively look for more  qualified and talented individuals
 
Dynasty believes that employing and retaining a high quality staff is essential to a sustainable expansion. We carry out various policies to enhance staff solidarity, maintain effective division of labor, and strengthen a positive and friendly corporate culture.
 
In addition, Dynasty also intends to continue to adopt international practices and standards of corporate governance, especially in financial management. We will maintain an organizational structure that is consistent with our growth and development plans. We will provide, stock options, and other incentives, to align the interest of employees with that of shareholders.
